A large, well known and very successful organisation are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team to cover a busy period. Based in beautiful offices on a local business park, this company have free parking on site, canteen facilities and much more! The ideal candidate will have twelve months plus customer service/telephone experience, posses excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise work loads.
Duties include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers regarding maintenance issues on their buildings
- Logging the faults and allocating a team of engineers to jobs
- Prioritising work loads
- Working to deadlines
- Dealing with general queries
- Building strong working relationships
This is a long term temporary position, which could open permanent opportunities for the right candidates.
