About the role:

  • You will be part of a team which creates a safe, nurturing environment so the pupils can engage in activities that promote learning and personal development.
  • You will be flexible and understand the need to be able to adapt quickly to the needs of individual pupils.
  • You will build a positive rapport with pupils and staff and be seen as a good role model and team player.
  • As a teaching assistant you will work 1:1 with pupils, guided by the class teacher.
  • The school will require you to be flexible and work across different years groups, with different pupils as needed.

This role would ideally suit a qualified Teaching Assistant (level 2 or level 3) who is looking to secure a long term, full time role.CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS:

  • Full time/part time - Full time.
  • £400-£500 weekly. rate will vary depending on experience.
  • Hours - 8:30-15:30.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS.* Previous experience working with children is preferred.* TA qualification is preferred.* Updated safeguarding training (Academics can provide this).

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:* Hold Right to Work in the UK.* Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.* Be able to provide two professional references
