Teaching Assistant - Chester
Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Chester to work on a long-term basis starting ASAP!
You’ll be joining a supportive school who are dedicated to providing quality education in a safe, secure and happy learning environment.
This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Delivering catch-up sessions
- Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
- Working with the class teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate
Essential Qualifications:
- Must have recent and relevant experience working with children
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
