As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
- Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
- Lead by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
- Working full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), mix of leading on the floor, and supernumerary time.
- Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents
The package for the Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager includes:
- Annual salary of 57,408
- Full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (paid for the full shift)
- Supportive team environment
- Experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level
