Role Description
Preventative Maintenance: Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs, conducting regular inspections and servicing of equipment, systems, and structures to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal performance.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Generate reports on facility conditions, highlight ongoing issues, and suggest improvements as necessary.Repairs and Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve issues with electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and other building infrastructure to maintain smooth operations.Compliance and Safety: Ensure the facility adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are compliant with all standards and regulations.System Upgrades and Improvements: Assess current systems, identify opportunities for upgrades or improvements, and lead projects such as energy efficiency initiatives, equipment modernization, or the integration of new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications* NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Electrical Engineering * 17th or 18th Edition * Experience in industrial engineering
