What you'll do:As a Graduate CE&I Engineer, you'll join a Graduate Development Programme, designed to help you become a fully qualified Engineer.You'll:
  • Receive 2 years of structured training at our sites across Europe.
  • Get hands-on experience with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, plant operations, and safety.
  • Learn to design and analyse engineering systems.
  • Manage projects and deliver solutions for customers.
  • Be supported by a mentor to guide you toward Chartered Engineer status.
What you'll need:
  • Final year degree in Electronic, Control Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • 2:1 or higher (or expected to achieve this).
  • A practical approach, with some work experience or volunteering preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel and work internationally when required.
