Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Senior Benefit Operations Specialist to join their team in Chester on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee total Benefits administration such as health & welfare, leaves/absence and incentives
  • Provide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market
  • Act as primary point of contact for any queries, guiding employees on complex benefits as necessary
  • Implement and develop benefits/rewards systems change requirements and support ongoing enhancements

Requirements

  • Strong Compensation & Benefits/HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company
  • Great knowledge of HR policies and processes
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
