This company operates in the construction sector, providing technical compliance and sustainability assessments on commercial and domestic properties. Consulting from the initial concept though to the end stages on topflight projects.
In this role, the Sustainability Consultant will be responsible for the preparation of sustainability and energy statement reports, energy assessments (LCA, SAP and EPC and SBEM/DSM), BREEAM assessments and other administrative duties.
This is a great chance to join a close knit, supportive team in an SME business, where there is opportunity to get involved with various aspects and grow with the business.
The role:
*Preparation of reports including, sustainability and energy statements
*Energy assessments such as; LCA, SAP and EPC, SBEM / DSM
*BREEAM Assessments
*Training provided into any of the above areas you may be lacking experience in
The Person:
*1-2 years experience in a similar role
*Degree educated in a related discipline
*Driving license
