Our client is looking to welcome an Executive PA to join their bustling team!

You will be providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the senior leadership team, including the MD, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Duties will include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel if needed
  • Drafting and proofreading documents, letters, reports, and presentations
  • Acting as a central point of contact for clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Organising and managing both physical and digital filing systems
  • Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts to coordinate tasks and projects
  • Supporting with event planning and managing ad hoc projects as necessary

Due to the nature of this roles, previous experience within a similar PA role is required. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organised, proactive, with great interpersonal skills. Experience working with Microsoft Office software is essential.
