Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Providing Personal Assistant support to a Director and the wider team
  • Diary management via outlook
  • Email management, flagging urgent emails
  • Screening calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Arranging and attending internal and external meetings taking minutes
  • Organising lunches and refreshments
  • Responsible for arranging UK and international travel and accommodation
  • Preparing agendas
  • Assisting with the organisation of staff events
  • Raising Purchase orders
  • Producing reports via Excel
  • Assisting with inductions for new starters and arranging inductions
  • Ordering equipment and supplies
  • Producing correspondence and presentations via Word and Powerpoint

Personal Assistant Requirements, skills and experience:

  • Previous Personal Assistant experience supporting up to Director Level
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise your workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft packages.
  • A high level of personal and professional discretion.
