Your new companyDue to internal growth, this large-scale manufacturing organisation located on the Deeside Industrial Estate, is looking for an experienced PA to provide exceptional support and executive level assistance. With a great industry reputation and company culture, if you are looking for a new exciting challenge, then this role is for you.Your new roleYou will be providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the senior leadership team, including the MD, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.Duties will include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel as required
  • Drafting and proofreading documents, letters, reports, and presentations
  • Acting as a central point of contact for clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Organising and managing both physical and digital filing systems
  • Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts to coordinate tasks and projects
  • Supporting with event planning and coordination

What you'll need to succeedDue to the nature of this role, previous experience as a PA is required. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organised, proactive, with great interpersonal skills. Experience working with Microsoft Office software is essential.You must also display the below:

  • Ability to manage diaries with tight schedules
  • Strong personality with the ability to challenge decisions
  • Trustworthy
  • Excellent people skills
