This home based Mortgage Adviser in Cheshire provides an exciting opportunity to receive company leads from previous mortgage clients
Our client is confident they will be able to provide you with a good supply of pre-qualified leads, often coming from their previous mortgage clients who are due for remortgages. In addition, the business is happy to undertake marketing activities to ensure their Mortgage Adviser team remain busy.
Alongside the leads provided, the business like to have proactive Mortgage Advisers who can generate some of their own business. This can be a gradual build up, whereby during the first year most of your business comes from company leads, with the aim at 12 18 months of your business being a mix of both company leads and self-generated business.
To help you stay busy, our client provide you with administration support post mortgage application. Their team will help chase the case through to completion.
Mortgage Adviser Requirements
- You must be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- You must have some experience as a Mortgage Adviser
- You must have ability and willingness to self-generate business

This established financial advisory and mortgage brokerage based in the North West understands the importance of looking after their clients at all stages of their financial planning. They are looking to recruit a Mortgage Adviser due to excess of leads being generated
Mortgage Adviser Benefits
- Self-employed role with OTE of £48,000 - £60,000
- Plus 50% on company leads and 70% on self generated with no fees
- Home based role with ideally once a week visit to their office (you are welcome to visit more frequently, if preferred)
- Admin support provided
