All pre-qualified and ready to be guided through their mortgage journey by you!The Mortgage and Protection Broker Role:As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, your role will be to offer whole-of-market mortgage advice tailored to each client's needs and financial circumstances. You will receive pre-qualified, booked-in appointments, so you can focus on advising clients, helping them secure the best mortgage product for their situation. Post-submission support will be handled by a dedicated administration team, allowing you to focus on building relationships and driving results.The Mortgage and Protection Broker Package:

• Location: Office-based in Chester or Rhyl
• Salary: up to £30k basic
• Commission: 15% uncapped & Annual Bonus!
• Leads & Support: All pre-qualified leads and appointments provided, along with dedicated case management support.

Mortgage and Protection Broker Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Broker
• Strong track record of mortgage and protection sales.
• Whole-of-market mortgage advice experience is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills with keen attention to detail.
• Professional, punctual, and well-presented with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
