Description
Duties Include- Managing a small team of accountants- Assigning accounting tasks to the team- Provide support and training to the team- Provide support and advice to clients- Use of accounting software- Setting monthly targets, based upon work in and deadlines due- Resolving client queries where possibleReview- Production of Company, Sole Trader and Partnership Accounts- Completion of Self-Assessment Tax Returns and Corporation Tax Returns- Completion and submission of Quarterly VAT Returns
Profile
ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualifications- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice at management level- Be a good communicator and able to work as part of a team- Be able to work on own initiative- Confident in all areas of accountancy and taxation- Able to work to tight deadlines- Knowledge of accountancy software- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products- Knowledge of Sage/Xero
