Accounts Manager (Practice) - Chester - £35,000 to £50,000 (Salary dependent on experience. Full or Part-Time Hours can be considered)

Description:

One of Chester's leading independent accountancy practices is offering a position within their accounting division to an experienced Accounts Manager or Assistant Manager, ready to step up to Manager.   This long-established firm of chartered accountants has an excellent reputation in the market, and is offering a varied role across a diverse mix of industry sectors.   Reporting to the Partner and Senior Managers, responsibilities will include:   ·Preparation and review of limited Company Accounts for SME clients and provide advice and guidance to clients as required. ·Review of sole trader and partnership accounts prepared by the team. ·Be proficient in use of Cloud systems in all activities, providing training and support to clients. ·Assist with training and mentoring junior members of the team and review of their work.   Essential Requirements:  ·Relevant experience in the preparation of financial accounts and team management ·ACA / ACCA Qualified or qualified by experience ·Experience of Cloud-based systems, eg Xero, Quickbooks, etc. ·Competent MS Office skills ·Good communication and presentation skills ·Ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines   Benefits:
