Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for your own client portfolio.
- Prepare financial statements, year-end accounts, VAT returns, management accounts, and cash flow forecasts.
- Assist clients in building profitable and successful businesses.
- Help clients interpret accounting data and provide innovative solutions.
- Promote the benefits of cloud products, particularly Xero, and contribute to the development of cloud-based services.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with the management team and other team members.
- Substantial experience in a UK professional firm, including statutory and management accounts, VAT, and bookkeeping (Xero and Sage).
- Qualified AAT or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
