Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied portfolio of business clients, delivering compliance and advisory services
- Reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and tax computations
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff, overseeing their development and training
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing strategic advice
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 4 previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with accounts preparation and taxation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
