Description

The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:

Financial reporting and analysis, preparing reports, tracking performance, and providing insights to drive business success.
Budgeting and forecasting, managing budgets, controlling costs, and supporting financial planning for multiple venues.
Revenue and cost control, monitoring sales, margins, and expenses to maximise profitability.
Cash flow and payroll management, overseeing payments, supplier accounts, and ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time.
Compliance and audits, ensuring financial operations meet legal and industry regulations.
Collaboration and support, working closely with operations, marketing, and leadership to drive growth.

Profile

The sucessful Finance Manager should have:

Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
A deep understanding of hospitality operations, including revenue streams, cost control, and seasonal fluctuations.
Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems relevant to the industry.
