Description

The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:

  • Financial reporting and analysis, preparing reports, tracking performance, and providing insights to drive business success.
  • Budgeting and forecasting, managing budgets, controlling costs, and supporting financial planning for multiple venues.
  • Revenue and cost control, monitoring sales, margins, and expenses to maximise profitability.
  • Cash flow and payroll management, overseeing payments, supplier accounts, and ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time.
  • Compliance and audits, ensuring financial operations meet legal and industry regulations.
  • Collaboration and support, working closely with operations, marketing, and leadership to drive growth.

Profile

The sucessful Finance Manager should have:

  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
