Description
The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:
- Financial reporting and analysis, preparing reports, tracking performance, and providing insights to drive business success.
- Budgeting and forecasting, managing budgets, controlling costs, and supporting financial planning for multiple venues.
- Revenue and cost control, monitoring sales, margins, and expenses to maximise profitability.
- Cash flow and payroll management, overseeing payments, supplier accounts, and ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time.
- Compliance and audits, ensuring financial operations meet legal and industry regulations.
- Collaboration and support, working closely with operations, marketing, and leadership to drive growth.
