The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships.

Description
- Oversee the purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control
- Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department
- Assist in company-wide budgetary planning
- Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation
- Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
- Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis
- Seek out methods and practices to minimise financial risk to the company
- Work with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Strong aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office
- Experience within the manufacturing/industrial industry preferred but not essential
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
