Role Responsibilities

As a Tax Manager, you’ll take a proactive approach to tax planning, compliance, and consulting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering tailored tax strategies for clients, helping to minimise liability and plan for the future
  • Providing expert guidance on areas such as corporate tax, inheritance tax, VAT, trusts, and estates
  • Researching, analysing, and interpreting complex tax legislation in the UK and internationally
  • Meeting with clients to gather information, explain options, and provide practical solutions
  • Liaising and negotiating with HMRC on behalf of clients
  • Drafting Wills, Power of Attorney documentation, and assisting with estate planning
  • Producing detailed computations, reports, and presentations for clients
