Salary: up to £28,000 (dependent on experience) + discretionary bonus

A national Wealth Management firm is seeking a Client Support to join their Wealth Planning team within the Financial Advice arm of the business. The role:

As a Client Support, you will provide important support to advisers and their clients to provide a smooth client-centric service. This will include:

  • Ensure a smooth client onboarding process
  • Provide organised client communication relating to ongoing business, queries, arranging meetings, diary management and processing of instructions
  • Managing cash movements and balances
  • Administration of client information onto back-office systems/platforms
  • Assisting with ad hoc office duties
  • Preparing for client appointments
  • Being a main point of contact for clients

To succeed you will need:

  • Previous financial services experience
  • Proactive approach with strong communication skills
  • Organised, proactive and observant
  • Desire to progress within Financial Planning industry
