Financial Services Administrator - IFA Practice

A growing vibrant financial advisory practice local to Chester are looking to recruit an industry experienced administrator to work as part of a growing team. The company currently employ in the region of 30 members of staff who work in a modern friendly working environment that encourages development and training.

The role will help deliver an excellent administrative service to clients, supporting financial advisors and paraplanners with a range of support duties which will include

  • Processing all new business administration across investments, pensions, mortgages and life assurance products.
  • Manage client investment and pension transactions including withdrawals, switches and rebalances.
  • Act as a point of contact for client enquiries, assist with policy changes, updating details, updates on new applications and provide general guidance.
  • Produce meeting notes, preparation materials and help co-ordinate client meetings in and out of the office.
  • Work to deadlines and help with the smooth running of the office. Help ensure the company offers the best level of service to clients and make sure the company retains the excellent level of reviews it receives.
  • Be an effective part of a team which is key to business success. Work in a team oriented manner, helping with a diverse range of duties as required.
