Your Role as a Paraplanner

In this key role, you will:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans, cashflow analysis, and suitability reports
  • Conduct in-depth research and technical analysis on financial products, investments, and tax strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of client meetings, ensuring all documentation is thorough and compliant
  • Maintain strong client relationships, liaising with providers to ensure seamless communication
  • Ensure all recommendations and reports comply with regulatory standards and internal policies
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Paraplanner in a wealth management or financial planning setting
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and financial products
  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) – or working towards chartered status
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office
