Working for this thriving business in the heart of Chester city centre, the Administrator will be joining a fast-paced, progressive company who are multiple award-winners in their industry. You will be based within a modern, open-plan office with a collaborative and supportive working environment.

The successful Administrator will be providing administrative support to field-based and offsite colleagues, ensuring full compliance with industry guidelines and regulatory controls.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and distributing various forms to the relevant parties and accurately maintaining details on the inhouse system
  • Completing licence annual renewals and sending confirmations
  • Collating and circulating due diligent packs to clients
  • Managing and organising the departmental mailbox, ensuring the escalation of matters where relevant
  • Confident liaison with outside agencies and internal customers over the phone and via email
  • Provide a day to day customer service to the field teams and clients
  • General office duties to support the team including filing, documentation and administration

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous administrative experience with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to work in a busy environment to prioritise and work to tight timescales
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills (including mail merge)
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual
  • Strong communication skills particularly written and verbal skills
