Job Title: Executive Search Resourcer
Location: Chester Office / Home Working (split to be agreed)
Remuneration: 23,000 - 27,000 DOE per annum + 3k - 9k potential annual bonus
Contract Details: Full Time
Responsibilities:
Support business growth by recruiting exceptional senior leaders and directors.
Manage front-end phases of executive search projects, including research, mapping, and candidate engagement.
Collaborate with directors and clients to develop accurate briefs and manage the search process.
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through consultative partnership techniques.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience working with senior-level B2B stakeholders.
Is adept at building close customer relationships based on exemplary service.
Can interpret complex client briefs effectively.
Thrives in a rapidly evolving executive search environment.
