Milk Education are currently working with schools in and around Chester who are looking to appoint Graduates for the academic year (September 2025- July 2026) on a full-time basis. You will be working with students that require both academic and pastoral support to ensure they are reaching their expected levels of progress.

You will have the opportunity to work with students on a 1:1 basis providing tailored intervention sessions as well as supporting full class teachers in the classroom. There will also be opportunities to cover lessons gaining invaluable experience prior to starting a PGCE or schools direct teacher training programme.

We are looking for aspiring teachers who have graduated in any of the following categories;

路 Maths

路 English

路 Science

路 Humanities (History, Geography, RE)

路 Languages

路 Art and Design

路 Psychology or Social Sciences

路 Sport & Physical Activity

Key criteria:
