PPM Recruitment is seeking a multi-trade operative with expertise in joinery and plumbing in the Ellesmere Port and Chester areas.
Key responsibilities include first and second fix plumbing, repairing and renewing various structural elements, and performing patch plastering.
The role also involves installing bathroom suites, tiling walls, and carrying out painting and decorating tasks.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the trade.
This is a permanent position offering a salary of £30,000, along with a company van and fuel card.

PPM Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a multi trade operative with a back ground in Joinery and plumbing around the Ellesmere port and chester areas

Duties Include

First and second fix plumbing
Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring
Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling
Patch Plastering
Installation of a shower tray. Tiling of walls. Installation of a bathroom suite including WC, WHB and Mixer showers
Painting and decoration to a decent standard
Radiator installation including draining down and re-filling systems

This is a permanent position with a company van and fuel card
