Power and EV Coordinator

If so, then we are seeking a Coordinator to work across our Power and EV departments from our office in Chester and we’d be eager to hear from you.

As our Coordinator you'll be a crucial part of our PMO team and will be primarily submitting applications with the relevant documentation as part of the Power works we have that compliment Electrical vehicle charging, Solar connections and battery storage across the UK.

As our Power and EV Coordinator you will also be responsible for:

  • Providing support to project managers and commercial lead as required with quotations and tracking systems and to provide status updates internally and for the clients.
  • Management of civils permits through to completion.
  • Updating the client database with relevant up to date information in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensuring job management system is accurate and update on PO creation / Receipts.
  • Assisting the HOP co-ordinator with handover/job packs.
  • Booking site access according to site provider requirements and recording on the Project Tracker.
  • Booking outages as per client/job requirements and record on project tracker.
  • Ordering materials as required on the job materials pick list, quote PO.

We would welcome applicants with the following skills and experience:

  • Educated to Degree level or experienced in the sector
  • Experienced in MS Office, Excel, word, MS Project preferred
  • Eagerness to learn and share experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication and influencing skills
  • Flexibility in approach to work
  • Demonstrable organisation, time management and administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with time constraints
