Responsibilities:Join our client's thriving team as a "Private Client - Probate Partner", where you'll play a vital role in handling a full spectrum of private client work, including:

Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administrations, and TrustsEnsuring precise and reliable conduct of matters in line with Lexcel and SRA standardsGenerating fee income and managing time recording, billing, and cash collectionEngaging in business development to grow your practise and the firm's presenceSupporting and supervising colleagues, ensuring a collaborative environmentParticipating in marketing initiatives and fostering client relationshipsManaging documentation and correspondence through our case management systemNurturing a robust network of contacts and continuously seeking new client opportunities

Key Skills & Attitude:

A strong alignment with our client's mission and core valuesA true team player, fostering a positive environmentHighly organised, efficient, and timely in your workExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience:

Admitted as a solicitor or legal executive (or equivalent)Minimum of 10 years PQE with a solid background in private client work
