Job title - Project Co-cordinatorLocation: ChesterOffice based 5 days a weekContract Length: 12 months As a key member of our client's organisation, you will facilitate a seamless on-boarding experience, nurturing trust and fostering positive working relationships throughout the process, while aligning with the standards set by compliance and operations.Key duties and responsibilities:

>You will implement treasury products and solutions for clients.

>You will take ownership of the end-to-end resolution of projects.>You will conduct research using various bank systems and liaising with internal business partners to enable thorough and accurate responses to client enquiries.>You will respond to enquiries received from clients and Sales partners.>You will resolve conflicts while appropriately escalating concerns that may jeopardise client experience.
