Due to expansion a Solar PV Project Manager is required to join their team. This role is currently based in Chester, but in the future; travel may be required.
Solar PV Project Manager duties & responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate and oversee the installation of solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Schedule and supervise on-site activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs and ensuring the project stays within budget.
- Lead and coordinate the project team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
- In charge of all health and safety onsite
Solar PV Project Manager requirements:
- Previous Project Management experience in electrical or civils background
- Health and Safety knowledge including COSHH
- NCQ Level 3 Electrical Installations would be preferred
- SMSTS qualification would be preferred
- Full UK driving licence in essential
Solar PV Project Manager salary & benefits:
- £55,000 per annum
- 5% bonus
