Job Title: Telesales Executive (Broadband)
Location: Chester
Salary: 24k Base + Uncapped Commission, OTE £700 - £1200
Job Type: Full-Time 37.5 HRS Mon Fri / Part-Time Available
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales? Were looking for several Broadband Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for selling broadband packages to potential customers over the phone, providing excellent service, and hitting sales targets.
Key responsibilities of a Broadband Telesales Executive:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote broadband services.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored broadband solutions.
- Handle sales leads and convert into customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with customer details and sales progress.
- Previous telesales experience or similar essential.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven individual.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Computer literate and the ability to use CRM software.
