Our client is an award-winning, leading luxury travel specialist who are very well-established and extremely successful within their sector. We are seeking a self-motivated, well organised individual to join the Client Services Team as a Client Services Executive. You will be responsible for providing sales, operational, admin and service support, which means you will be playing an integral part within the team.

Job Overview:* Process bookings ensuring booking details are accurate as per company standards* Check availability with suppliers and look for alternative options when required* Manage and process all cancellations* Confirm bookings with suppliers* Pre-book seats and any special requests for clients* Send all ATOL certificates* Book low-cost flights* Obtain API, passport and visa details* Produce confirmation invoices including amendments and cancellations* Conduct pre-departure calls and checks to bookings processed by you 6 weeks prior to travel and identify up-sell opportunities such as room upgrades, flight upgrades advising client of the price during the call* Liaise with Concierge to ensure all the client requests have been booked

Experience required:* Confident, approachable and enthusiastic communicator with a passion for everything 'travel'* Ability to 'think' for our clients to stay ahead* Work well under pressure as an individual and in a team* Organised with strong time management skills* Strong sense of personal accountability and responsibility* Seek solutions when faced with a problem* Thrive in a busy environment* This role would be ideal for somebody wanting to start a career within the travel industry
