Job Description:
The Laser Club is looking for a full-time Skin and Laser Specialist
Full-time will cover every other Saturday and Monday, and we can be flexible with the other days (We could do 4 longer days instead).
This person will hold a valid NVQ Level 3+ in beauty and have a background in laser/skin/beauty.
MUST be happy to learn and do all aspects of laser/skin and confident in ALL areas and genders. Full machine training will be provided for any of our treatments.
We want someone who has worked in a clinic for a minimum of two/three years and has had experience in laser and skin (microneedling, HydraFacial, peels, laser hair removal).
This role is predominantly laser hair removal but also has aspects of skin, laser tattoo removal, and non-peroxide teeth whitening. We need someone very advanced in skin and happy to upsell and cross-sell. As we want to push skin more.
Must be bubbly/ confident. Must be confident with doing consultations, patch tests, calling leads, getting people in, and generating clients. We use top digital marketing and sales funnels but need to make sure you are happy to be doing a 360 role with us to get clients signed up to laser packages.
Can double wages with bonuses/commissions easily when targets are achieved with no cap and can come out with over a thousand pounds more in bonus each month.
