About the Role:As a Handyman / Snagger, you'll play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our new-build properties. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and resolving snagging issues in newly built homes. - Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance tasks. - Ensuring properties are completed to the highest standards before handover. - Working collaboratively with site teams and contractors. - Providing excellent customer service to homeowners.

What We're Looking For:- Proven experience as a Handyman, Snagger, or in a similar role. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. - Good knowledge of building trades and construction processes. - Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required). - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
