Airbus' busy UK Occupational Health department requires a new temporary team member to carry out administration tasks during our transition to a new medical database.

Responsibilities

  • Booking employee appointments
  • Preparing employee case files for clinicians-ensuring clinical and privacy protocols are adhered to
  • Maintaining the daily clinics diary for multiple clinicians (nurses/doctors/physiotherapists)
  • Confirming appointment date/times with employees' managers
  • Check/align employee data within internal organisation tables
  • Ensure correct information relating to appointment has been entered - update/correct where required
  • Sending SMS messages for appointment reminders
  • Saving contact information in employee folders to ensure auditable trail
  • Adding information notes for clinicians
  • Assisting with reception enquiries

Key Qualities

  • This role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Competent IT user
  • Experience with Google Suite & Microsoft Office
  • Database experience
