Airbus' busy UK Occupational Health department requires a new temporary team member to carry out administration tasks during our transition to a new medical database.
Responsibilities
- Booking employee appointments
- Preparing employee case files for clinicians-ensuring clinical and privacy protocols are adhered to
- Maintaining the daily clinics diary for multiple clinicians (nurses/doctors/physiotherapists)
- Confirming appointment date/times with employees' managers
- Check/align employee data within internal organisation tables
- Ensure correct information relating to appointment has been entered - update/correct where required
- Sending SMS messages for appointment reminders
- Saving contact information in employee folders to ensure auditable trail
- Adding information notes for clinicians
- Assisting with reception enquiries
Key Qualities
- This role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Competent IT user
- Experience with Google Suite & Microsoft Office
- Database experience
