Exclusive Education is seeking a Behaviour Manager for a school in Chester, starting as soon as possible from 8am to 4pm.
The role involves leading pastoral interventions and managing pupil behavior while tracking and evaluating progress.
Candidates should have previous experience as an Inclusion Manager and a background in working with children, with two references required from the last two years.
A current DBS registered with the update service is also necessary for consideration.

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint a Behaviour Manager to work in a school in Chester. The role will start as soon as possible working 8am-4pm. They are looking for someone who will take the lead in ensuring interventions for pastoral interventions for pupils including managing pupil behaviour are implemented and appropriate systems are used to track, monitor and evaluate pupil progress, working in a friendly, lively and vibrant school.

The School are looking at taking on an experienced Inclusion Manager for this role as long as the ideal candidate is able to implement strategies whilst adhering to school policies. Previous experience is desirable.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
Have previous experience of working with children
Previous Inclusion Manager experience
Two references working with children covering the last 2 years
Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
