Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being during activities.

- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for children with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to share observations and progress updates.
- Support children during daily routines, including meal times, transitions, and recreational activities.

Qualifications
- Experience working with children, particularly in a supportive or educational capacity.
- Knowledge of toddler care practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children of varying abilities.
- Experience or training in working with individuals on the autism spectrum is highly desirable.
- A background in special education or related fields is beneficial but not essential.
