Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant for a Secondary School in Chester committed to providing high-quality education and support to children within KS3 & KS4 classes.

The successful candidate will play a key role insupporting each child's development in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Support pupils on a 1:1 basis.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting students' social and emotional growth.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including other teaching assistants and support staff.
Engage in regular communication with parents and carers to provide updates on student progress.
Contribute to the school's ethos of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
