Duties of the Field Service Engineer will include:

  • Respond to daily fault requests, PPM duties, and out-of-hours reactive service requests for large-scale, high-end integrated systems.
  • Provide reliable, efficient, and courteous service to clients at all times.
  • Maintain and repair complex Analogue and Digital CCTV systems.
  • Oversee the care, maintenance, and repair of functional and managed control rooms.
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance schedules.

We would be keen to speak to Field Service Engineers with the following skills and experience:

  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, IT, and PID systems on varying scales.
  • In-depth understanding of Access Control Systems and Site Mustering.
  • Proficient with DVR & NVR systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge-sharing and team collaboration.
