Duties of the Field Service Engineer will include:
- Respond to daily fault requests, PPM duties, and out-of-hours reactive service requests for large-scale, high-end integrated systems.
- Provide reliable, efficient, and courteous service to clients at all times.
- Maintain and repair complex Analogue and Digital CCTV systems.
- Oversee the care, maintenance, and repair of functional and managed control rooms.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance schedules.
We would be keen to speak to Field Service Engineers with the following skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, IT, and PID systems on varying scales.
- In-depth understanding of Access Control Systems and Site Mustering.
- Proficient with DVR & NVR systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge-sharing and team collaboration.
