Red Recruitment is recruiting a Group Recruiter based in Chester to join our client, the UK's leading provider of specialist vehicles.
The successful individual will be passionate about recruitment and be able to communicate to a variety of people. The salary for this position is £27,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Group Recruiter:
- Being responsible for the recruitment and administration across all companies within the group
- Being the direct point of contact for all queries with respect of recruitment and talent acquisition
- Maintaining and minimising recruitment agency spending in line with company budgets
- Ensuring all candidates are tracked and uploaded to the ATS
- Creating, updating and issuing out relevant job descriptions
- Producing weekly recruitment reports detailing performance, statistics and measures
Key Skills and Experience of a Group Recruiter:
- You should be passionate about great recruitment
- Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills are required
- You ideally will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customers and priorities
- Being able to multi-task and respond to candidates in a timely manner is essential
- Being IT proficient is preferred as you will be using a range of software
