My client, a leading Chester based company committed to delivering top-notch services and products is currently seeking a Field based Account Manager. The team is passionate about excellence, and pride themselves on their customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts on a face to face basis
- visit business customers who are at end of contract to ensure repeat business
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, account management or resolutions.
- You may be in field sales at the moment and looking for a less target driven role or managing accounts already. You may also be in an office/call centre dealing with complaints, collections or resolutions and want to get out in the field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- You will be travelling over a wide are in the North West, North Wales and Shropshire areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
