Over the past few years, they have experienced significant growth, leading to a restructuring into smaller, agile squads. Each squad fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment and they are now looking for a Business Analyst to join them.

The Business Analyst Role:You will understand and document current processes, including business workflows and data, while facilitating and coordinating the documentation of detailed business requirements to serve as the future blueprint. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with IT teams, the broader business, and external suppliers.
Business Analyst - Essential Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams while working closely with senior decision-makers.
- Experience in gathering and challenging requirements, managing a product backlog in an agile environment, and using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps or Jira and experience in fast-paced retail or supply chain environments are essential.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational skills, and relationship management are crucial.
- While formal qualifications in IT or related fields are advantageous, they are not required.
