As an established and expanding IT Services company, we are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our growing team dedicated to delivering a professional and polished service to our clients. You will be working from our modern offices in a rural setting on the outskirts of Chester (just off the A55).
As a key person within the team infrastructure no two days will be the same and you will have input to a wide variety of projects.
What will you be doing?
Customer Support, taking support calls and solving technical issues remotely
Microsoft 365 Setup & Support
Ongoing Support of various Cloud based systems
Support of VOIP systems such as Horizon, 3CX, Yeastar
Installation of new Software and Hardware
Remote Support of clients systems
Exposure to all Microsoft Operating Systems
Ensuring that all support calls and queries are dealt with in an efficient manner
Updating CRM system & liaising with Support Desk Engineers to meet client expectations and working to SLA timeframes
Accurate and detailed recording of tickets
Part of 24/7 on-call rota
Continuous learning, undertake training on bespoke software and hardware partnerships that the company has

Skills and experience we are looking for;
Ability to demonstrate effective skills in support with proven experience of an IT Support based role
Experience with M365, Windows Server, Azure, VMware & Hyper-V
Active Directory
Networking (LAN, WAN, VLANSs, Routing, Switching)
Veeam
Work to deadlines and take ownership of support queries as they come in, seeing them to completion or escalating them to another member of the team
Passion for technology and keen to learn
Good organisation skills and attention to detail
