We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support to employees. The role requires a customer-focused approach to IT support, being the point of contact for all IT related issues, ensuring smooth operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging and managing IT support requests, incidents, and problems through the service desk. Ensuring they are updated accurately and resolved within agreed service levels
  • Prioritising issues based on business impact
  • Providing general hardware support (desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, tablets)
  • Supporting business applications and Office 365 administration
  • Maintaining user security across all systems
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers when required

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Background in IT or a relevant degree in IT/Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong communication skills, with a customer service-focused approach.
  • Experience working within an ITIL-based service desk environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and experience in an agile cloud environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
  • A flexible, hands-on team player who is eager to learn and develop.
