Cloud EngineerChester (Hybrid/Remote)£40,000

We’re looking for a skilled technical professional, ideally from a 2nd line engineer background, eager to advance their career by mastering the latest technologies, including Microsoft 365 & Azure. In this role, you’ll be developed into a Microsoft 365 & Azure Consultant through hands-on experience and extensive training.

Cloud Engineer / 2nd Line Support Engineer role:

As part of the team, you will provide 2nd line support, development, and deployment for:

- Microsoft 365 Suite (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Enterprise Mobility Suite, Entra ID, Intune MDM, Defender XDR)

- Azure (IaaS, VMs, Backup, Costing, Sentinel, SOC alerts, SIEM management)

- SaaS

Cloud Engineer / 2nd Line Support Engineer Responsibilities:

- Handle migrations, support, training, and demonstrations for Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.

- Manage and resolve support tickets, particularly 2nd line issues for end-users.

- Support Azure and Microsoft 365 projects.

- Conduct on-site client visits for deployment and support.

Cloud Engineer / 2nd Line Support Engineer - Skills

- 2+ years in a 2nd/3rd line IT support or engineer role.

- Experience with Office 365, Azure, and related technologies.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- High standards in customer service and presentation.

- Proficiency in Office 365, Azure, and SharePoint.

- Full UK Driving License.
