Summary

A brand new role has just opened up for an ambitious individual to join a growing MSP based in Chester. In this role, you'll be responsible for resolving client issues, managing service requests, and handling scheduled tasks. You will oversee customer tickets from start to finish, ensuring they are resolved promptly by following established procedures. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting, diagnosing, researching, and identifying effective solutions, as well as creating documentation to support ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage support tickets from 1st to 2nd
  • Resolving issues whilst maintaining clear and effective communication.
  • Set up, monitor, and maintain workstations, servers, network equipment and cloud solutions.

Key Skills

  • Strong experience of Active Directory, O365, and Windows Servers.
  • Virtualization experience such as VMWare/Hyper-v.
  • Experience with networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills and people-focused approach.
