Our client, an accident and repair management business, is seeking a Customer Service professional to join their team. As a specialist in the industry, our client works with insurers, brokers, corporate fleets, motor manufacturers, and third-party claim administrators.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims repair cases, from the initial report to completion. You will coordinate with fleet work providers, clients, and repairers to ensure timely and efficient repairs. Additionally, you will research and select suitable repairers from a vast network based on specific repair needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end claims repair cases, providing updates to customers regarding the status of their repairs.
  • Coordinate with fleet work providers, clients, and repairers to ensure smooth and efficient repair processes.
  • Research and select suitable repairers from a vast network based on specific repair needs.
  • Update and maintain a bespoke case management system with detailed progress reports.
  • Liaise with insurers and engineers to address liability queries and recover costs.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Adhere to strict service level agreements and timelines.
