The role of Protection Advisor involves providing business owners with advice on various protection products, including Shareholders Protection and Key Person Cover.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in offering protection advice and hold relevant qualifications such as RO5 or CeMAP.
The position offers a salary package of up to £30,000, with an OTE of £90,000 and the potential for up to 25% commission.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with options for remote or hybrid work depending on location and experience.
The role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive mentality, as well as responsibilities like recommending insurance and closing business deals.

Our clients are offering an employed opportunity, with the role consisting of offering business owners advice on Shareholders Protection, Key Person Cover, Debt protection, and Income and Life protection. Our clients work with a range of lead providers and are directly authorized, therefore, they can offer whole of market advice.

Salary package on offer for the role of Protection Advisor:

Up to £30,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
OTE £90,000
Up to 25% commission
Other performance-related bonuses
All leads provided
Admin Support

Working Hours

Remote or Hybrid working – depending on location and experience
Monday – Friday 9 am – 6 pm

Protection Advisor requirements:

2 years of experience in offering protection Advice
RO5 or CeMAP qualifications
Strong relationship builder
Ability to offer advice and close for business.
Proactive and driven mentality
